What if I can't get a link to work?


If you are unable to get a link to work, please try refreshing your browser by pressing the F5 key or the reload button. You could also try the link in a different browser. If you are using a bookmark or favorite places link to access the Website, or if you are using an email link, you should probably stop trying to connect to the site this way. Please manually type in www.memolink.com in the address bar of your browser and then log into your Memolink account. If you still cannot get a link to work, please contact member support so we can fix it. Please describe what happens when you click on the link. Do you get an error? If so, what does it say? Do you get a blank page? Any extra information you can also provide us will help us solve the problem as quickly as possible.
