What do red points in the Activity History mean?


Red points in the Activity History indicate a negative points transaction. Normally when points are removed from an account, it means Memolink lost its commission from a partner on a transaction by a member. A number of things could cause a point reversal. For example: transactions being cancelled, exchanged, or items are returned partially or entirely. It could also mean that a coupon that was not approved for use on Memolink was used on the order. 

What happens to my points if I exchange or return an item?

 Can I use coupons on my shopping purchases?
