The procedure for looking into your missing reward depends on the type of reward that was ordered.
Did you order a reward to be sent to your mailing address?
- Cash- We can check with our accounting department to determine if the check was cashed. Please allow a few extra days for a response due to communication between our departments.
- Any other physical gift card- We are not able to track these or resend if they are lost.
Did you order an electronic reward to be sent to your email address?
- Amazon- We are able to see if an Amazon reward has been redeemed and if it has not, we can resend it to you.
- Electronic gift cards, such as Walmart or JC Penny- These may vary but typically, we are able to resend the reward to you if it has not been redeemed.
