To check the status of your reward, log into your account and then go to your profile page. Scroll to the bottom of the page and search for the box titled, "reward history." Within that box, you will find your latest reward & amount, the date you ordered it, and it's status. Here are the possible statuses and their meanings:
- Pending: We have received your reward request and are working on getting it to you.
- Shipped: Your reward has been either mailed to you or delivered to your email address. Please note that the date shown is still the date the reward was ordered, not the ship date.
- Returned: Your reward was reversed and the points were returned to your account.
