To do a screenshot, press and hold "Ctrl" and then press "Print Screen." Then, you will need to transfer your screenshot into a file. Open a document program of your choice (Microsoft Word, etc.), and the press and hold the "Ctrl" key and then press the letter "v." You should now see your screenshot. Then save your screenshot somewhere on your computer (where you will be able to find it later). To do this, click on where you would like to save your file, create a title for it, and then click "Save." Now, you're ready to attach this file of your screenshot into your Zendesk support ticket. Go to your open ticket, and click on the link that says "Attach file," and then go to where you saved your file and click on it. Lastly, click "Open." Your attachment should now be included in your support ticket.
