How long will it be before I receive a response to my support ticket?

A friendly Support Team member will be happy to answer your email within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that we answer emails during the business hours of 8 am and 5 pm (Mountain Standard Time), Monday through Friday, and we are closed on the weekends.  Please try not to submit more than 1 email regarding your issue.
