Can I get points for purchases I did made more than 2 months ago?


All shopping point issues need to be resolved within 60 days of the transaction. Members need to email member support immediately if 15-20 days have passed and you still have not received points for your transactions. Please include the following information in your email for the fastest service: 

• Merchant Name:
• Date of Purchase:
• Order Number:
• Subtotal (excluding taxes, shipping, and discount/coupons):
• Click code:
