If the order is cancelled, exchanged, or altered in any way, the points will likely be reversed by the merchant.
If a single item or entire purchase is exchanged or returned, points will be reversed in your account. This is because the merchants will have reversed our commission. When that happens, your points are automatically reversed. Memolink never reverses transactions; that is all done by the merchant.
If you need to exchange an item for any reason, including that the item is defective, please make your return and then create a new purchase through Memolink. The merchants do not track exchanges as originating at Memolink so we are not able to award points that may have been reversed when the item was returned.
