What should I do if I am missing shopping points?


First, make sure to check the time frame of when to expect points on the merchant page. Most shopping points are awarded within 15 days. Points from travel offers are not awarded until after the trip has been completed. 

Second, please make sure that you did not use any coupons that were not found on Memolink on your order. (Coupon policy)

If the time frame has passed for the points to have been automatically awarded to your account, please submit an email to member support and include the following information in your email for fastest service:

• Travel Dates (if applicable):

• Order Number:

• Subtotal (excluding taxes, shipping, and discount/coupons):

• Click code:
