I can't access the full site from the mobile site on my Android.


Please follow these steps to correct the issue:

1) Make sure that you are on our mobile site (It cannot be minimized).

2) While the mobile site is up, go to the Settings option on your phone or tablet

3) Click on Privacy and security

4) Click on Clear all cookie data

5) Say ok when promoted to delete all cookie data

6) Refresh our website and try pressing the "full site" button again
