If a portion of your points were returned, it is likely a reflection of a discount amount that you received. Many of our merchants will award points based on each individual item & then subtract any discount amounts that you received.
Example: You bought two $10 items from Kohl's & used a $5 off coupon that you found on Memolink. When points get awarded, this is what you will see:
|02 / 04 / 2016||02 / 03 / 2016||Kohl's||400||Awarded|
|02 / 04 / 2016||02 / 03 / 2016||Kohl's||400||
|02 / 04 / 2016||02 / 03 / 2016||Kohl's (return)||-200||
In this case, the "return" is actually just the discount amount that you received.
